Rules for using the Adgameo platform

Adgameo operates a gamified performance marketing platform connecting creators, advertisers, and traffic partners. We provide campaign tools, tracking, reporting, and account management through our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Applications for creator or advertiser accounts are subject to review and approval by Adgameo.

We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for incomplete information, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access
• Use only one account per person or entity unless approved otherwise

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Adgameo may offer tools and services including:

• Campaign creation and management for advertisers
• Offer access and traffic monetization for creators
• Conversion tracking and performance reporting
• Fraud detection and traffic quality review
• Payout processing subject to program terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time.

Creators and publishers agree to:

• Promote only approved campaigns and permitted traffic sources
• Comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws
• Avoid incentivized, misleading, or fraudulent traffic
• Not use bots, click farms, or artificial engagement
• Follow campaign caps, geo restrictions, and creative guidelines

Advertisers agree to:

• Provide lawful offers, landing pages, and tracking setup
• Fund campaigns according to agreed payment terms
• Honor valid conversions reported through the platform
• Not request or approve prohibited traffic practices
• Ensure products and services comply with applicable laws

You may not use Adgameo to:

• Engage in fraud, traffic manipulation, or policy evasion
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or interfere with platform security
• Misrepresent identity, traffic source, or performance data

Violations may result in immediate suspension, withheld payouts, and permanent account termination.

Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, hold periods, and chargeback rules are defined in your account dashboard and applicable program terms. Adgameo may withhold or reverse payments tied to invalid, disputed, or non-compliant traffic.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to your earnings or spend on the platform.

Adgameo retains all rights in the platform, branding, software, and related materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services while your account remains active and in good standing.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Adgameo a license to use it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Adgameo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific performance results, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adgameo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the network.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including payment obligations, liability limits, and dispute terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
